Our Extended Care Sessions Fees
Please note that the extended care sessions cover a further 10 weeks during the year.
Toddlers Inn will close for a 2-week period during the Christmas Break and 1 week during the Easter Break.
Please see the attached the Nursery calendar for confirmation of our Extended Care Sessions, these are incorporated into the 49 weeks that Toddlers Inn is open.
The fees shown below are only for the Extended Care Sessions, there is a separate fee table which is attached for our Core Term of 39 weeks.

Our Terms
1. Fees for the first term that a child starts at the Toddlers Inn Nursery are payable in advance as requested by Toddlers Inn Nursery and Pre-School to secure a place.
2. Thereafter they are payable in full on or before the first day of the term for which they are due. Late payment may be subject to a 5% late payment charge.
3. There is a ten-week written notice period for withdrawing from your Child’s placement at Toddlers Inn Nursery and Pre-School once the Childcare agreement has been signed, otherwise the above term’s fees are payable.
4. No adjustment to fees will be made if parents withdraw their child from Toddlers Inn Nursery and Pre-School before the end of term or if a Child starts after the beginning of the term.
5. No adjustment to fees will be made due to illness or holidays taken during the term, whether for the whole or part of the term.
6. Please note that there are three terms in one year.
7. Fees shown above are before any Government funding is applied. Either the 3- & 4-year-old funding or 2-year funding.

Here are our dates for the ongoing Summer 2023 term at Toddler’s Inn Nursery and Pre-School.
Autumn term start: Wednesday, 6th of September 2023
